FRAMINGHAM, MA – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published information on June 21, 2023 about a “Voluntary Recall of Specific Frozen Fruit Products Due to Possible Contamination by Listeria monocytogenes“.
The recall by Sunrise Growers Inc (a subsidiary of SunOpta Inc) includes frozen fruit packaged under several brand names for several grocery retailers.
Single Head of Romain Lettuce packages from Tanimura & Antle, Salinas, CA, (logo above), having the package date 10/15/2020 or 10/16/2020 have been recalled.FRAMINGHAM, MA – Check your fridge! Coli 0157:H7.”
Packages contain a single head of romaine lettuce with the UPC number 0-27918-20314-9.
The packages were primarily sold at Wal-Mart. Grower name “Tanimura & Antle” may be found on twist-tie band if lettuce (more…)
