Framingham Mailing Delayed Q3/Q4 2021 Real Estate Tax Bills

FRAMINGHAM, MA – The City begins mailing third-quarter (Q3/2021) real estate tax bills today (March 17, 2021), and will send out fourth-quarter (Q4/2021) tax bills Wednesday, March 31.

Payment for both (Q3 and Q4) real estate taxes will be due on Monday, May 3, 2021.

Tax bills were delayed as the City worked to fix a $2.5 million deficit before the State of Massachusetts would approve the City’s tax rate.

Taxes can be paid before the May 3 deadline. You can mail payments to the Treasurer’s Office (150 Concord, Room 111, Framingham, MA 01702) or call City Hall Systems at (508) 381-5455 to pay over the phone.  Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills payments may also be paid online.
