NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing in the BLUMER COMMUNITY ROOM, MEMORIAL BUILDING, FRAMINGHAM, on TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 2010 at 8:45 P.M. to hear all persons interested in the petition of ALBERT G. VALENTINO for a VARIANCE for a SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION on the premises located at 65 RINER STREET, shown on Assessors’ Plan Sheet 643, Block 1, Lot 16. The Building Official denied the application under Section IV.G.2 of the Zoning Bylaw.
