FRAMINGHAM,MA — Nouvelle is the condominium portion of the Natick (Mall) Collection. After a long wait, which caused some who showed an initial interest to walk away, units are now available for occupancy.

The property managers recently hosted a MetroWest Chamber of Commerce business after hours networking event to help to market the condos. Guests toured a fully furnished and professionally decorated model condo with two bedrooms, a den, and a great room: kitchen, dining, living room space.

A cocktail reception was held in a common entertaining and game area. Residents can host gathering in this elegantly decorated space, which includes a dining room and a catering kitchen. The views from the windows are situated so that you don’t see much in the way of the commercial surroundings, rather more natural vistas, than say Home Depot.

A rooftop garden and putting range are accessible from the common area, as well as a well equipped fitness center.

As Chamber members nibbled on lavish appetizers provided by Peppers Catering of Northborough, the Nouvelle staff talked about the features offered for residents. The condominiums start in the 300’s and a rooftop penthouse is in the million dollar range. This is without condo fees, but as an incentive, the condos fees will be waived for the first year of residency. Also, Nouvelle is offering a trial option for those who may not want to make a purchase at this time.

While there is a sales office located in the mall, the actual entrances, with concierge/security desks, are located on the northern perimeter of the mall.

Every month a member of the MetroWest Chamber hosts a business after hours event. It gives members a chance not only to network, but learn more about the businesses in MetroWest.
