FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham Police Department working in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police VFAS Unit, the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and outside agencies in Tennessee, New York, and Las Vegas, were able to locate and arrest three of Framingham’s Most Wanted individuals.
ARRESTED- Elmer Diaz (DOB: 12/3/1996) on July 7, 2021 in Cookeville, TN by Putnam County Sheriffs. Warrant charges include Rape, Burglary, Unarmed Assault in a Dwelling and Indecent A&B on a Person over 14.
FRAMINGHAM, MA – President Obama’s uncle, Onyango “Omar” Obama, who nearly hit FPD Officer Val Krishtal and was subsequently arrested for OUI near the Chicken Bone Saloon in Downtown Framingham on August 24th appeared in court this week for a status hearing on the OUI charge.
“Uncle Omar” as the President refers to him in his book, “Dreams From My Father“, is an illegal alien, ordered to leave the U.S. two decades ago, but somehow managed to remain in the country, get a social security number, get a job, (at Conti’s Liquors on Concord St. n Framingham), and quietly go about his life in Framingham.
At the status hearing this week, Onyango Obama’s lawyer, Atty. P. Scott Bratton told Judge Robert Grecco that he would be filing a “Motion to Supress”, claiming the police did not have probable cause to pull his client over in the first place.

Dr. Kathleen Porter, who was affiliated with MetroWest Medical Center and had her medical license restricted regarding performing surgery has now been indicted on prescription drug related charges.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — (Press Release by Middlesex D.A.’s Office) — A Doctor was indicted today on nine counts of illegally prescribing controlled substances, Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone informed the public today.
Kathleen Porter, 59, of Needham Heights, was indicted by a Middlesex grand jury on charges of illegally prescribing controlled substances (9 counts) and furnishing false information in an application.
An arraignment date has not yet been set.
“We allege that Dr. Porter took advantage of her position and completely disregarded her patients’ obvious addictions by failing to address their pain needs in a medically responsible manner,” District Attorney Leone said. “We further allege that the defendant acted in extremely bad faith, putting multiple peoples’ health in jeopardy by recklessly feeding their addictions with no legitimate medical purpose.”
“A license to prescribe is not a license to traffic in drugs and that is what Dr. Porter is alleged to have done with this indictment. The abuse of prescription (more…)
