    FRAMINGHAM, MA – The Framingham Health Department will host a family-friendly Drive-thru COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at Keefe Regional Technical High School, 750 Winter Street, weather permitting, on Saturday, June 19th, 9:00am – 12:00pm.

    Vendor space is still avialable for the Framingham Auxiliary Police sponsored Craft Fair that will be held December 10, 2011 at Keefe Tech.

    FRAMINGHAM, MA – The Framingham Auxiliary Police will be holding their twenty-fourth annual Craft Fair from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2011. The fair will be held at the Keefe Vocational Technical High School, 750 Winter Street, Framingham, MA.

    A limited amount of exhibitor space is still available for crafters.

    The Craft Fair will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. where you will find a unique holiday shopping experience.     Parents, student athletes, coaches and others involved in Framingham sports may be overwhelmed if they have to organize sports schedules — especially if they have to coordinate between two or more sports — or for more than one person or team’s schedule.

    Of course, the best source of info is from the organization which runs the particular sports program.

    FRAMINGHAM, MAThe Infractions packed the house in a July 1st, 2011 performance at the Framingham “Concerts on the Green”.

    Due to rain last week, this was the first night a band played this year in the free summer concert series that’s been running on the Framingham Centre Common every year since 1996.

    Framingham, MA – Joseph P. Keefe Technical School Superintendent-Director James Lynch is pleased to announce that Jonathan Evans, current Director of Student Services, will succeed Patricia Canali as the school’s new Principal.

    Superintendent Lynch stated that Evans’ appointment is effective July 1, 2011. According to Lynch, “I have made this decision after a very thorough search process that included a broadly publicized posting, 14 applicants, 6 semifinalists, 4 finalists, two lengthy and probing interviews, and a detailed review of recommendations and references. I am convinced that Mr. Evans is the very best candidate for this important leadership position. I look forward to working with him as Principal and as we go forward to continue to improve our school and service our students.”

    Evans has served the Keefe Tech school community for 15 years, beginning his career as an intern in the Guidance Department in while he was earning a Master of Education in Counseling. He came aboard as a full-time Guidance Counselor in the 1997-1998 school year, and advanced to the position of Lead Counselor and then Director of Guidance and Admissions over the next ten years.     FRAMINGHAM, MA – During her three years as the Principal of Joseph P. Keefe Technical School, Patricia Murray Canali’s commitment to the school community, students, and faculty has left a mark that will not be soon forgotten when she retires at the close of the 2010-2011 school year.

    “She brought everything she had every day,” said Superintendent-Director James Lynch. “During her time at Keefe, she set a new standard of commitment by a leader to the school community.”

    With a career that began in career technical education more than thirty years ago, Canali has served in the roles of ESL Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Director of Guidance and Assistant Principal at career technical high schools and traditional comprehensive high schools throughout Massachusetts before joining the Keefe Tech administrative team as Principal in July of 2008.

    FRAMINGHAM, MA – The Joseph P. Keefe Regional Vocational School, (otherwise known as “Keefe Tech”), is looking for instructors for fall/evening adult continuing education cooking classes.

    Instructors will teach one or two 1-night classes which will meet Monday through Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm between September 26th and December 15th, 2011 at Keefe Tech, 750 Winter St., Framingham, MA 01702.

    Joseph P. Keefe Technical School juniors Brad Naugler of Holliston and Daniel Coelho, Matt Rivers, and Hugo DeAlmeida of Framingham are serving as video production interns at Framingham Public Access Corporation (FPAC).

    FRAMINGHAM, MA – Four Joseph P. Keefe Technical School juniors are learning Video Production skills through hands-on experience at their internships at Framingham Public Access Corporation (FPAC).

    The internship opportunities were coordinated by FPAC Executive Director Bill McColgan, Keefe Tech Superintendent-Director James Lynch, and School Committee member and FPAC Board of Directors member John Kahn. “We sat down and discussed creating a community partnership between our organizations,” said McColgan. “We thought that creating these internship opportunities were a great first step.”

    Daniel Coelho, Hugo DeAlmeida, and Matt Rivers of Framingham and Brad Naugler of Holliston were chosen as student interns by Keefe Administrators based on recommendations from their teachers.

    FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham Auxiliary Police announced today that they are holding their nineteenth annual Craft Fair / Flea Market and Child Identification Program from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2007. The event will be held at the Keefe Vocational Technical High School, 750 Winter Street, Framingham, MA.

    The Craft Fair / Flea Market will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this fund raising event we anticipate over 100 exhibitors will be selling various merchandise including hand made crafts, hand crafted jewelry, hand decorated clothing, sketches, photographs, assorted flea market merchandise, and much, much more!!! Admission $2.50, children under 12 free.
