    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing in the BLUMER COMMUNITY ROOM, MEMORIAL BUILDING, FRAMINGHAM, on TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 2011 at 8:30 P.M. to hear all persons interested in the petition of BELL ATLANTIC MOBILE OF MASS CORP., INC., LTD., d/b/a VERIZON WIRLESS for a SPECIAL PERMIT for antennas on the premises located at 410 BRIMSTONE LANE shown on Assessors’ Plan Sheet 412 Block 1 Lot 4521.

    The Building Official denied the application under Sections IV.L.3.e.3.c.; IV.L.4.d.; IV.L.4.b.1. of the Zoning Bylaw.

Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc. (the “Borrower” which term includes in this notice any parent, subsidiaries, or other affiliates thereof).
