Oen Kennedy CD release concert
On this night, Oen Kennedy is releasing his fifth CD, and is entering into fresh artistic territory. After a successful 2008, during which Oen’s song “Annapurna” won the Boston Folk Festival Songwriting contest, Oen has launched into a new creative phase. Besides more exciting forays into the natural world, this new batch of songs is also a celebration of humans who touch other’s lives. One song, “Herb,” is a mini-hymn about a real man who is also an angel. Once again, Oen will take you on a green musical adventure, and with the help of expert musician-friends, we’ll take flight together into the blue (and the blues)!
