Morning Meditation
November 15 and 29, and December 13, 10:30 am – 11:30 am New to meditation? Would you like support for your meditation practice? Would you like to feel the benefits of meditating in a group? Let’s meditate together! In this six-week series (3 meditation sessions with bi-weekly email support), we’ll have the chance to experience guided meditations chosen for their effectiveness for both beginners and advanced meditators. We’ll practice mindfulness of breath and body and enjoy all the benefits of meditation.
