Moon Landing 50th Anniversary (at FSU McAuliffe Center Planetarium)
Join us at the McAuliffe Center on Thursday afternoon, July 18 as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of humanity’s “One Giant Leap”” This special open house event begins at 2:30 pm, with hands-on activities for the whole family through 6:00 pm, out of this world planetarium shows, and Apollo-themed films. Our evening will end with a single screening of a brand new film (not full dome) about this historic day, which will start at 6:30 pm in the FSU Planetarium and conclude at 7:15 pm.
