Lifelong Learning Series: Anne Askew, A Woman for All Seasons
Dr. Elaine Beilin, Prof. & Chair English Dept., Framingham State College. 10:00am-11:30am. Anne Askew, a well-educated young woman in Tudor England, was burned at the stake in 1546. Her writings have never been out of print, and her story has been retold countless times over the centuries. Refreshments. This lifelong learning series is a collaboration between Framingham Public Library and Framingham State College. Five sessions will take place at the library and five will take place at the college.
