Lifelong Learning Lecture Series: Who Was the Orphan in the 19th Century?

7:00pm–GUEST SPEAKER: Dr. Sarah Mulhall Adelman, Assistant Professor of History, Framingham State University.Most children in 19th-century American orphan asylums and many on orphan trains in fact had a living parent and siblings who remained at home.
