Jon McAuliffe’s music is a magical blend of gospel, folk/rock, classic R&B and rock & roll, with the occasional dip into pop.John celebrates the release of his 2nd solo CD, “Old School Moderne,” on October 30 at Amazing Things. Musicians who worked on the CD will join him onstage in a band directed by Seth Connelly.Old School Moderne is an eclectic album that reflects Jon’s mindset and history during an era of dramatic change in the American social landscape and the sense that modernity may yield even greater change.
