Halloween Spook-tacular & Trick-or-Treating (at Framingham City Hall)
4:00pm ’til 6:00pm on Tuesday October 29th, 2019, Framingham’s City Hall will open its doors to Trick-or-Treaters! *** Participating offices will decorate for a Halloween Spook-tacular for kids of all ages and hand out treats.
