Eduard Belyat and Janis Luedke

This exhibit will focus on recent works of two very different artists: Eduard Belyat, originally from St. Petersburg, Russia; and MetroWest area native Janis Luedke. Eduard Belyat work includes Mythology (including Biblical), Landscapes, Flowers in techniques ranging from Mixed media graphic (markers/color pencils) to gouache and oil on canvas. Janis Luedke works focus on nature as a fundamental theme including brightly colored landscapes to bold, whimsical abstraction with a color palette and composition influenced by nineteen years spent in the Southwester US and a fascination with symbols such as petroglyphs and other rudimentary graphic designs and ranges from and has been exhibited in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and throughout the Boston area for clients including Children’s Hospital, The Boston Home, Fallon Healthcare, Dooling & Woodbrier Architects, Thomas Black Insurance Agency, and other private collectors.
