Award-winning feature documentary about a Palestinian community organizer who unites local Fatah and Hamas members along with Israeli supporters in an unarmed movement to save his village of Budrus from destruction by Israel’s Separation Barrier. Conscious Movie events provide a way for people to talk about inspiring movies on a deeper level and how they affect our lives, our attitudes, our perceptions. All donations will go to support the work of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, a non-profit organization that was established in 1991 by concerned people in the U.S. to address the medical and humanitarian crisis facing Palestinian youths in the Middle East. *** Location: Center of Light, 8 Edgell Rd, on the Framingham Common. *** Please park in the parking lot on the side of the center.
