College Readiness for Parents
Framingham State University will be offering a free seminar for parents on October 21 from 7-9 PM on college readiness in the Perfoming Arts Center in Dwight Auditorium. Topics covered will include expectations and assumptions of college faculty, comparisons between work/study habits in high school vs. college, academic accommodations in higher education, and the emotional/social challenges students face.
