Wednesday, October 8, 12:30 *** Join photographer Brian Kaplan to discuss works featured in the exhibition “Not Your Vacation.” Brian Kaplan’s work is part of an extensive project documenting Cape Cod in the off-season. Kaplan’s stark views of shuttered motels and abandoned tourist traps challenge the often nostalgic and idealized depictions of this popular vacation destination.
