15th Annual Flutie 5K for Autism (in Natick)
Join Doug Flutie and hundreds of others at the 15th Annual Flutie 5K to benefit the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, on Sunday, October, 5 2014. *** The road race begins at 11:20am at the MetroWest Medical Center / Leonard Morse Hospital and takes runners on a scenic five kilometer (3.1 miles) course through Natick, before finishing back at the hospital. *** Pre-race festivities include a reenactment of the legendary Hail Mary pass featuring Doug Flutie and Gerard Phelan at 10:45am. Post-race festivities include luncheon, music, activities for children and an award ceremony to the overall male, female, wheelchair finishers, as well as the top three finishers in each age group. Dri-Fit shirts given to the first 800 adult registrants!! Additional prizes will be given to the top fundraisers!! *** Registration: Individuals: Pre-registration $27 including $2.50 processing fee.
