    Pursuant to Sections III.A., III.C.5.d.(1), IV.B.3.g., IV.I.2. and IV.K. of the Framingham Zoning By-Law, the Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 7:45 p.m. in the Blumer Community Room, Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts.

    The public hearing will be held to consider the applications of Claremont Realty Trust (Herb Connolly) for Site Plan Review Approval, Special Permit for Use and Special Permit for Dimensional Relief to Off-Street Parking Design Standards.

    The proposal is to expand and renovate the existing building and to modify a portion of the existing parking and display areas at 500-540 Worcester Road and Fraser Street, zoned (B) Business District, (R-1) Single Residence District and (HC) Highway Corridor Overlay District.

    The parcel is shown on the Framingham Assessor’s Map Sheet 236, Block 86, Lots 5A and 5C and Framingham Assessor’s Map Sheet 231, Block 54, Lots 84 and 85.

    FRAMINGHAM, MA – As basketball fans around the country are focused on both the Men’s and Women’s NCAA Division I Final Four, Framingham Public Access will be showcasing a little homegrown March Madness.

    FPAC-TV is pleased to be partnering with the Temple Beth Am Basketball League this year to present coverage of five boys and girls championship games held recently at Framingham High School.

    TBA Basketball involves hundreds of youngsters from the fourth through twelfth grades, and organizers made a commitment this season to ensure coverage of the championship game in each level. TBA volunteers stepped up to cover four of the contests, including both the Boys and Girls B and C Divisions.
