Untapped Yoga with Kristen (at Exhibit ‘A’ Beer Garden)
11:30am ’til 12:30pm – Turn inward during this 1 hour class and link your breath to a mindful flow as you are led through sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, twists and core work with the option to explore arm balances as well.
