Free Session: Lovingkindness Meditation

Please Join us on January 10 at 7pm for a free introductory session of our new Community Lovingkindness Meditation offering led by Katherine McClean. Katherine describes lovingkindness meditation as “a heart practice that helps us open to deeper states of love” in order “to relax those artificial walls we hold up between ourselves and others.” Lovingkindness meditation is an ancient Buddhist practice; it is easy because it is structured, guided, and you feel the energy and support of the group. After this free introductory session, this class will meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm.
