Free Day of Wellness
On Saturday, June 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., The Plymouth Church in Framingham is excited to invite the entire community to a free Day of Wellness. A variety of experienced professionals in the fields of massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, yoga for kids, meditation, chanting, spinal screenings, and Reiki treatments will be on hand to offer classes and personal consultation. Check your blood pressure, take a meditative walk in our Labyrinth, learn new ways to maintain your health and well-being. Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a special area for kids. Admission is FREE.If our long winters leave you listless and sluggish, treat yourself to a day of healing and self-care.
