Brown Bag Learning Series: Password Protection***Friday, June 3, 12:00-1:00pm***Christa McAuliffe Branch Library, Community Room***Presented by Howard Cornett***Passwords are a part of our everyday lives and yet most of us don’t protect our information as well as we should. Join Howard Cornett as he addresses the need we all have to manage multiple passwords in a secure way. He will present a relatively easy way to create a set of passwords that will be both easy for users to implement and remember while also being much harder to hack. Howard will briefly explain what password managers are, how they work, and give references to a few.***Howard Cornett is the owner of Howard Cornett Digital Consulting in Framingham. The goal of his company is to empower individuals and small businesses by teaching them how to be more comfortable and proficient at using their technology. Howard is a graduate of Georgetown University.***Brown Bag Learning Series (Brown Bag Brain Boost)*Join us from 12-1:00pm one Friday a month for an informal lunch time program featuring speakers from local businesses and organizations. A wide range of topics will be discussed that are educational and entertaining. The Brown Bag Learning Series is free to the public. Guests are welcome to bring their lunch; refreshments will be provided.
