Day of Wellness (at Plymouth Church)
On Saturday, August 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., The Plymouth Church in Framingham, a community partner for over 300 years, is excited to host a Day of Spiritual Wellness. If the summer doldrums find you feeling listless and sluggish, treat yourself to a day of healing and self-care. This is the perfect way to recharge yourself for all the demands coming your way this fall.A variety of experienced professionals in the fields of massage therapy, yoga, meditation, chanting, spinal screenings, Reiki treatments, and psychic readings will be on hand to offer classes and personal consultation.
