Framingham Community Gardeners 2nd monthly gathering and potluck
Monday, February 1st from 6 – 8pm in the Costin Room of the Main library Framingham community members and friends will gather to share recent progress toward having a community garden in Framingham in 2010, as well as projects for gardens in 2011. These different projects range from working with the town of Framingham, the schools, a church or churches, as well as other community organizations. We will also discuss wider initiatives such as the Massachusetts Climate Action Network (MCAN), which has a chapter in Sudbury and which has provided grant funding for projects like our community garden project.We welcome all Framingham community members and friends, including children. There will be a potluck dinner provided.
