Caring for the Caregiver
Debra B. Taylor founder of Discover Your Light Coaching. She will clarify what caring for the caregiver means to each of us in our own unique way. Sandra Denis certified Kripalu yoga teacher and former personal trainer who will lead us with a simple yoga and breathing exercise at the end of the session. Our hope is that at the end of the event you will leave with a new found sense of peace, tranquility and direction in caring for you, the caregiver.
